Vintage Snap On 7 Drawer Unit Tool Box Cabinet Mechanic Garage Red Needs Repair. This would normally jade castors on the bottom and there would be another tool box that would sit on top. Plenty of wear and tear, some rust, but no holes. Lock has gone, the catch is still in place within the unit and the front part, which is a makeshift handle has to be turned one way or the other the release either the top drawers or the lower ones.
