This vintage 1960s Engineers 8 Drawer Toolbox Cabinet with Tools is a rare and collectable piece originating from the United Kingdom. Made of solid plywood, this tool cabinet exudes the charm and craftsmanship of a bygone era. The top panel has two Cheney brackets to secure the front panel which has two brass hinges operating without any issues. The outside material is solid and constructed out of thick 15mm plywood.

The drawers are made out of plywood, boxwood with a pine face, finished with varnish. The drawer pulls are made out of bakelite or plastic. All of the drawers run smoothly. This is a completely original piece with the owners initials printed on the front panel.

The unit displays decorative patina with marks, blemishes, minor paint all adding to the age and history of this engineering toolbox. The small drawers contain 140 pieces plus the tools in the larger drawers. All tools are in good used condition. The tool cabinet is a heavy unit weighing over 15 kg.
